TILT ASSOCIATE STRATEGY DIRECTOR
TILT is looking for an up-and-coming leader to bring strategic clarity and courage to a leading healthcare account. This role would work closely with our Strategy Director, shaping brand strategies, leading projects, and guiding clients through meaningful brand growth.
WHO WE ARE
As an independent agency, we’ve created a space that’s equal parts brand consultancy and creative agency. As the strategy team — we are the bridge. WHO YOU ARE
As an Associate Strategy Director at TILT, you are hungry to take that next step as a strategy leader. One who brings simplicity to complex subject matter; one who isn’t afraid to speak up to shape solutions; one who wants to sharpen their leadership skills. You are equally motivated by a brilliant insight as you are in leading brands (and executives!) through change. You’re learning to talk brand and business hand-in-hand, and you aren’t afraid to share your opinion on how to overcome a challenge. You may want to grow a team, or you’re looking for the next step in your client leadership experience — many paths can find success at TILT. The key? You have to be bold enough to shape that future. You’re the kerosene for clients with an appetite for change and a genuine partner in brand evolution.
